I have lived in Anchorage, Alaska for 40 years and have been a licensed massage therapist for over 11 years. I have experience in both chiropractic and healing arts settings, and my primary focuses are myofascial and trigger point therapies. I build relationships with my clients to assist and encourage them through achieving their goals of pain relief, increased mobility, and stress reduction. Thorough intake, assessment, and modifications for each individualized session are used to provide optimum care. Modalities frequently used to meet your goals are Swedish Massage, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and Tuning Fork Therapy. I am a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum massage therapist. Corporate chair massage available.
